7 weeks of sunshine (well, at least most of it!). Time flies when you’re having fun! 🙃 . In my search for a bit of sun and a lot of joy, Sloane and I ventured into spending some time in the south of Spain and it was so wholesome 🥰 . I drove a total of 62h and got to visit many lovely places in France, Spain and Portugal, such as Biarritz, Bordeaux, St Emilion, Léon, Le Mans, Rouen, Rives-d’Andaine, Ocaña, Ronda, Portimão, Ponta da Piedade, Praia da Dona Ana, Lagos and of course, Marbella! . So many highlights, but to name a few: meeting lovely people, feeling blessed that I could work remotely, beach walks 3x a day, food!!, sunshine!!!, and most importantly — remembering that true happiness lies on the simple things. The rest really is just background noise. . I’m back in London and feeling ready to crack on with all the exciting stuff that are yet to come! I was told I’ve been quiet… and yes, that’s true. . Not because things aren’t moving or because life isn’t happening. On the contrary: there is a lot going on. Beautiful things and sometimes not so beautiful things, but life has been good 🤩 . Back in April, I decided to travel for a couple of months to get some sunshine but ultimately to find more joy. We get so caught up in our daily hustle that we forget to (or don’t make time for) the little things that make us smile. . And to be true to the experience, I have opted for not posting everything all the time, which kind of happened rather naturally and unconsciously but has been really really good. . Enjoying the now, being present and focusing on the essence of each moment. Taking pictures only so I can look back at them or to share with my friends and family. (Although I must say, I’ve got some goodies from Sloane 🐾 that I can’t wait to share!). . The video above was taken last weekend when I went to Portugal and visited a special place. The dream trip!! ✈️ . When I was invited to speak at the International Conference by the IAHSP in New Orleans, I knew I had to stretch my stay for a few more days to go to the West Coast and visit the ladies at @elitehomestaging 😎 . I spent 4 intense days in LA filled with business and staging-related activities (but also with some time for fun, of course!!), all of which was made extra special thanks to @samsenia and @nicoleseniaa 💛 . One month in Ireland 🇮🇪 . Those who know me well know that Ireland holds a special place in my heart. And with that in mind, I decided to spend a whole month in a secluded spot in the middle of County Wexford, surrounded by nature, aiming to reset, detox, take a step back and breathe lots of fresh air. And of course, go on endless doggie walks and hikes and swims and…… 😆 . And off I went! . Initially, I thought a month was far too much but turns out I could easily have stayed another month or two! But it was more than enough to come back reenergised and full of new ideas ⭐️ . People seem to underestimate Ireland. Everyone I spoke to was like “Ireland? But it only rains over there!” 🤦🏼‍♀️ 😂 . What a fantastic, beautiful country - I felt in a proper fairytale land, out of a Disney movie with luscious green everywhere, streams of fresh water, deer and rabbits running alongside me and Sloane during our walks, and views to die for. Not to mention, of course, the lovely Irish people who are almost as friendly as the Brazilian - almost 😉 . Not only that, I managed to see dear friends and meet some lovely HSA members in our first-ever Home Staging meeting in Dublin - how exciting was that!! . What a month October was - thank you Ireland and thank you everyone who made it so special 💚 .
